The Project Management team at the Forest School Association oversees the planning, execution, and evaluation of various initiatives aimed at promoting and enhancing Forest School practices across the UK. Comprising multiple directors and a projects officer, the team ensures that projects align with the organization's strategic goals, fostering collaboration and quality implementation of Forest School programs for all stakeholders.
