Grace Green has a diverse work experience history. Grace began in 2014 as a Tutor at Explore Learning and worked there until 2017. In 2017, they briefly served as an Operations Manager (Temp) at ANGELA MORTIMER AND KATIE BARD LIMITED, and later that year, as a Selling Assistant at John Lewis Partnership. In 2018, they worked as a Communications, Marketing and PR Intern at International Justice Mission. In 2019, they had multiple short-term roles as a Mini Pupil at various barrister firms, including Cornwall Street Barristers, Lamb Building, and One Pump Court Chambers. Grace'smost recent work experience is at Forest School, where they started in 2019 as a Teacher of RS and Philosophy, then worked as an Acting Head of House, and currently holds the position of Head of House.

Grace Green received their Bachelor's Degree in Theology and Religion from the University of Oxford, where they studied from 2016 to 2019. Grace then pursued a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in Secondary Education and Teaching at the University of Buckingham from 2019 to 2020. Prior to their university education, Grace attended King Edward VI Handsworth School For Girls, where they completed their A levels.

In addition to their formal education, Grace Green has obtained several certifications. In September 2019, they became a Mental Health First Aider through Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England. Later, in September 2022, they obtained the certification of Mental Health First Aider - for Youth L2 from Mind Your Health Ltd. Grace also achieved a Coach - Level 1 certification from Graydin in March 2022.
