Daniel Malta

Daniel Malta currently serves as a Public Affairs Officer for the U.S. Forest Service, providing strategic leadership and advising senior management on communications and decision-making. Previously, Daniel operated as a blogger and owner of Savannah Secret Society, focusing on community engagement and support for small businesses. With extensive experience in public affairs, Daniel served in various capacities within the US Army, including managing communications and community relations initiatives, leading digital strategy, and overseeing significant marketing campaigns. Daniel’s background in public affairs also includes leadership roles with the United States Marine Corps, where responsibilities spanned marketing, content creation, and multimedia production. Daniel holds a Master of Arts in Mass Communication from the University of Denver and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Colorado State University Global.
