Floy R. is a recently retired federal program manager and strategic leader with a wealth of experience in project management, facilities oversight, and organizational leadership. Floy has successfully managed large-scale projects and led diverse teams across various government agencies, demonstrating expertise in risk management and policy implementation. They served in key roles at organizations such as the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, the Internal Revenue Service, and the United States Marine Corps, where they were a decorated combat veteran. Floy holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from Baylor University and a Master's Degree in Executive Leadership from the University of Southern California. Currently, they work as Branch Chief at the USDA Forest Service.
