Mark Bethke

Mark Bethke is the Director of Planning and Financial Resources at the U.S. Forest Service Region 4, where they manage budget, litigation, appeals, and planning efforts, including NEPA and Forest Plan revisions. Previously, they served as a Senior Project Manager at AMEC Environment & Infrastructure UK Limited and as a Principal at ICF International, focusing on Natural Resource Management and Content Analysis Projects. Mark also held significant roles at the U.S. Forest Service, including District Ranger and Acting Deputy Regional Forester. They hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Forestry Management from Humboldt State University.
