Benjamin Kimuri

Benjamin Kimuri, CISA, CGEIT, currently serves as the Programme Manager for IT and Knowledge Management at the Forest Stewardship Council International since September 2018, overseeing enterprise information technology governance and institutional information security management. Prior experience includes roles as Programme Manager for Digital Communications and Manager of IT Operations at the International Livestock Research Institute from January 2010 to July 2018, where responsibilities encompassed information systems project management, system administration, and development of service-level objectives. Benjamin's earlier career features positions such as ICT Officer, ICT Customer Service Officer, and ICT Technician at CGIAR Consortium, focusing on ICT systems management, innovative solutions, and security assessments. Benjamin began as an IT Support Engineer at Paypoint Solutions Ltd from May 2006 to December 2009. Educational qualifications include a CISA certification from Strathmore University and a BBIT degree from Kenya Methodist University, complemented by a Diploma in Project Management from the same institution.
