Eric Masaschi

Eric Masaschi is an experienced leader in community development and land acquisition, currently serving as East Region President for Forestar Group Inc. since June 2019, and previously as East Region Vice President. Prior to this role, Eric held the position of Southeast Division President at St. Bourke, where responsibilities included overseeing land acquisition and entitlement for over 5,000 acres, yielding over $750MM in realization. With a solid background in managing land strategy for CalAtlantic Homes and facilitating extensive real estate transactions at HD Supply, Eric has consistently contributed to the profitability and strategic direction of organizations. Eric's professional journey began in the early 2000s with leadership roles in residential development and a foundation in humanitarian strategy through work with the International Mission Board. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Divinity from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary and a Bachelor's in Education from the University of North Georgia.
