Gregory Lagreca

Gregory LaGreca currently serves as Division President at Forestar Group Inc. since February 2022, after a long tenure at Toll Brothers from April 1994 to December 2021, where Gregory held various roles including Senior Vice President of Community Planning and Vice President of Residential Home Building. During his time at Toll Brothers, Gregory LaGreca managed over 3,000 lots across 31 communities, generating more than $2 billion in sales, overseeing all front-end aspects from due diligence to entitlements and approvals. Gregory LaGreca holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business and Philosophy from Gettysburg College, completed in June 1988.
