Heather Allen

Heather Allen is an experienced real estate professional currently serving as the Vice President of Real Estate Investments & Development for North Florida at Forestar Group Inc. since August 2021, after holding roles as Director of Real Estate Investments & Development and Land Acquisition & Entitlement Director. Prior experience includes serving as President of Allen Cornerstone Realty, Inc. from March 2014 to December 2021, and as Broker Associate/Realtor at Advanta Realty from January 2011 to January 2014. Heather also held the position of Vice President at Allen Land Group, Inc. and worked as a Planner at BHR/Arcadis and St. Johns County Planning & Zoning. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Saint Leo University.
