Jason Rivenbark

Jason Rivenbark, PE, is an experienced professional in the construction and real estate development industry, currently serving as the Division President at Forestar Group Inc. since July 2020, where responsibilities include operations management, land acquisitions, and process improvement. Previously, Jason held various leadership roles at Lennar from February 2018 to June 2020, including Vice President of Real Estate Investments & Development, focusing on contract management, due diligence, and feasibility studies. At CalAtlantic Homes, from September 2012 to February 2018, Jason worked as a Land Development Manager, overseeing project management and budget development. Earlier experience includes project management roles at Construction Supervision Services and Fowler Contracting, starting from March 2009 to March 2009. Jason holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Engineering & Management from North Carolina State University.
