Mark Connor

Mark Connor, MBA, is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in land acquisition, financial analysis, and real estate development. Currently serving as Division President at Forestar Group Inc. since May 2023, Mark previously held positions including VP of Land Acquisition and Entitlements at American Homes 4 Rent and Market Land Acquisition Manager at Century Complete. Mark's past roles include Regional VP of Lot Acquisition at PulteGroup and Director of Land Acquisition at M/I Homes, where responsibilities included negotiating multimillion-dollar land deals and managing significant project budgets. With a strong foundation in financial modeling and strategic planning, Mark has successfully driven market growth and secured financing through collaborative leadership. Mark holds an MBA in International Business and Finance from Lynn University and a BA in Urban Planning & Economics from Ryerson University.
