Matt Wanzeck

Matt Wanzeck is an experienced leader in land development and project management with a diverse background across multiple industries. Currently serving as Division President and Director of Land Development at Forestar Group Inc., Wanzeck previously held the position of Vice President of Land Development at Beazer Homes, where responsibilities included building a residential land development team and managing projects across multiple communities. Prior experience at ExxonMobil involved leading a project management team and implementing safety improvements, while earlier roles at KB Home included directing land development efforts. Wanzeck's career began as a Military Officer in the U.S. Army, followed by a solid academic foundation with a BS in Engineering Management from the United States Military Academy at West Point and an MBA in Corporate Finance from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
