Roman Gorecki

Roman Gorecki is an accomplished real estate executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various prominent companies. Currently serving as Division President at Forestar Group Inc. since December 2020, Roman previously held the position of Vice President of Real Estate Investments & Development at KB Home from March 2019 to May 2020. Prior to that, Roman spent over a decade at DMB Associates as Director of Asset Management/Finance, transitioning to Brookfield Residential in January 2018. Roman's early career included serving as Vice President of Finance at Richmond American Homes and as Controller at PulteGroup. Roman holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Oakland University and a Master's Degree in Finance from Walsh College.
