Donald Campbell is the Founder and Master Coach at Soulfire Parenting, LLC, starting in July 2023, where the focus is on creating nurturing environments for children through intentional parenting. As the Owner and Project Director of The Voice of Don since September 2022, Donald also serves as an Adjunct Instructor at Westchester Community College since February 2015 and has been a Fathering Specialist and Class Consultant at Forestdale, Inc. since August 2017. Previous experience includes working as a Childbirth Educator at The Mount Sinai Hospital from May 2017 to February 2022, where Donald was involved in the "Boot Camp for New Dads" and "Tot Saver" programs. Donald's background further includes roles as a Training Specialist at WESTMED Practice Partners and as Assistant Director and Program Manager at Opportunities for a Better Tomorrow. Education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Psychology from Hunter College.

Forestdale’s roots go back 165 years, when a group of women affiliated with a church in Brooklyn founded an industrial school for children, which in 1980 became Forestdale. Forestdale is the only child welfare agency headquartered in Queens, with an exclusive focus on the particular needs of Queens' and Brooklyn communities & families.
