Liz Michel

Liz Michel currently serves as the Chief Customer and Operations Officer at Foresters Financial since February 2023 and has been a Board Trustee at CPRE Hampshire since December 2020. Previously, Liz held various leadership roles at B&Q, including leading strategic reviews and improving digital customer journeys, and contributed to key marketing and customer proposition initiatives at Bupa and Virgin Media. With a foundational background in geotechnical engineering and geology, Liz began a career in customer propositions and strategic management at Barclays Bank, where multiple positions focused on developing successful customer propositions across various sectors.
