Zhewen Sun

Zhewen (Sophie) Sun is an actuarial professional with a Master of Financial Insurance from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from the University of Waterloo. Currently an Actuarial Assistant at Foresters Financial, Zhewen has previously held roles at Empire Life, including Retail Actuarial Assistant and Corporate Actuarial Assistant, where responsibilities included cash flow projections, maximizing tax exemption amounts, and compiling actuarial reports. Zhewen also contributed to mortality and lapse experience studies and data migration processes during earlier positions at Empire Life and served as an Operation Assistant at BMO Financial Group and a Teaching Assistant at Global IELTS School.
