Zoe Lee is a seasoned Senior Product Designer with extensive experience in designing user-centric solutions across various sectors. Currently at Forethought since December 2023, Zoe focuses on an AI-first customer support automation platform. Prior roles include Senior Product Designer at Extend, where Zoe contributed to enhancing the customer experience for extended product warranties and shipping protection services, and at Revinate, where Zoe led design projects for a hotel CRM software.
