Randal Deponte

Randal DePonte has extensive experience in manufacturing and production, currently serving as a Material Process Team Leader at Quad/Graphics since August 2018 and simultaneously working in Final Assembly at Foretravel of Texas since June 2016. Previously, Randal held the position of Production Supervisor at GE Oil & Gas from May 2008 to September 2015, where responsibilities included monitoring equipment, personnel oversight, cost reduction implementation, and providing engineering feedback for new product development. Prior to that role, Randal was a Lead at Lufkin, part of GE Oil & Gas, from May 1997 to April 2008, managing production operations with a focus on safety, quality, and cost control. Randal began the career as a Class A Welder, handling complex welding tasks and interpreting mechanical drawings. Educational background includes attendance at Maui High School from 1971 to 1975.
