Shannon Williams is an experienced retail professional with a diverse background in store management and operations. Currently serving as the Assistant Store Manager of Operations at Forever 21 since 2019, Shannon has a strong track record in driving sales and leading teams. Previous roles include Store Manager at Sally Beauty for a brief period in 2019, and Sales Team Manager at Belk from 2017 to 2019, where Shannon focused on revenue growth and staff development across multiple departments.
