Marlen Klaws is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in communications, coaching, and event management. Currently serving as Co-Founder and Director at Forever Day One since December 2017, Marlen leads an exploration into the future of work, conducting interviews with over 60 influential figures across various fields. Prior experience includes roles as a Design Thinking Coach and Consultant, where Marlen facilitated workshops for notable clients like the G20 Think Tank Summit, and as a Communications, Community, and Event Manager at Openers. Marlen's background also features positions in public relations, including Junior PR Manager at HitFox Group and interim roles at FinLeap and Hill+Knowlton Strategies. Academic credentials comprise a Master of Arts in International Relations from Freie Universität Berlin, supplemented by studies at Københavns Universitet and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from The University of Freiburg.
