Katherine Billock

Katherine Billock is an accomplished marketing professional with experience in diverse roles within the hospitality and marketing sectors. Currently serving as a Marketing Assistant and former Marketing Intern at ForeverLawn, Inc., Katherine manages tangible marketing materials and utilizes tools such as Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Hootsuite, alongside app development with Figma. Prior to this, Katherine worked at Front Porch Cafe as a Barista, where responsibilities included customer service, social media assistance, and artistic design. As a Shift Lead at Dunkin' Brands, Katherine demonstrated strong leadership and management skills while overseeing daily operations. Katherine began a career in customer service at Billock's Ice-Creamery, accumulating valuable experience in sales and promotions. Katherine holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and Entrepreneurship and an Associate of Arts from Kent State University.
