Ruth Porter-Whipple

Ruth Porter-Whipple is an experienced professional in criminal justice and law enforcement, currently serving as the Regional Director for the Central U.S. at FSA since November 2020. Prior to this role, Ruth held the position of Special Agent at the Drug Enforcement Administration from July 1984 to August 2018, where responsibilities included advanced investigative tasks. Earlier in Ruth's career, Rackets Investigator roles were performed at the New York County District Attorney's Office from May 1983 to July 1984. Ruth Porter-Whipple holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from St. John's University, along with additional education from the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business.
