Allison Garrett

Allison Garrett's work experience includes serving as the Co-Founder of Radify Labs from February 2018 to January 2020. Allison then worked as a Course Designer and Instructor at Forge from August 2017 to June 2019. Allison also held the position of Student Brand Ambassador at Adobe from August 2017 to May 2018. Prior to that, Allison worked as a Graphic Design Intern at ArcheMedX, Inc. from June 2017 to August 2017, and as a Marketing Intern at WATSSUP Watsons Bay Stand Up Paddling from May 2016 to July 2016. Allison later joined Richmond Public Schools where they worked as an English Teacher from August 2019 to August 2022, and as a School Webmaster from August 2020 to August 2022. Allison's most recent position is Director of Business Operations and Communications at Forge, starting in September 2022.

Allison Garrett obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in English (Poetry Writing) and Psychology from the University of Virginia, where they studied from 2014 to 2018. Allison then pursued a Master's degree in Secondary Education and Teaching at the University of Richmond, from 2020 to 2022. Additionally, Allison obtained a Learning Experience Design Certificate from Shapers in February 2022.
