Carolyn Odom

Carolyn Odom is an accomplished professional in clinical development and program management, currently serving as Senior Director of Clinical Development at Forge Biologics since August 2020, after previously holding the position of Director of Clinical Program Management. Prior experience includes roles at Abeona Therapeutics as Director and Associate Director of Program Management, as well as Clinical Program Manager. At ProSciento, Inc., Carolyn managed cardiometabolic studies with a focus on diabetes and obesity, ensuring compliance with GCP guidelines. Further experience includes serving as Director of Programs for the Challenged Athletes Foundation, overseeing significant grant distributions, and earlier roles in outreach coordination and independent business ownership.
