James Rankin

James Rankin is an accomplished Associate Scientist II specializing in Plasmid Process Development at Forge Biologics since January 2022, having previously held the position of Associate Scientist I in Downstream Process Development. Prior to joining Forge Biologics, James Rankin gained experience as an IT Assistant at Olentangy Local School District from May 2018 to December 2021, and served as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at The Ohio State University College of Engineering from February 2019 to March 2020, where responsibilities included extracting and purifying hemoglobin and optimizing production processes. James Rankin earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from The Ohio State University, graduating in May 2021.
