Jaysson Eicholtz

Jayson Eicholtz is the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer at Forge Biologics. Jayson has over 17 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries. Jaysson has a Bachelor's degree in Animal Science from Pennsylvania State University.

Jayson started their career as a manufacturing supervisor at Wyeth. Jaysson then became a poultry production supervisor at Tyson Foods. In 2003, they began working in the pharmaceutical industry as a manufacturing manager at Sanofi Pasteur. Jaysson then became an Associate Director of Operations at Dendreon in 2011. In 2014, they became Manufacturing Manager at Unither Pharmaceuticals. In 2015, they became the Director of GMP Manufacturing at Nationwide Children's Hospital.

In 2018, Jayson became the Vice President of Chemistry, Manufacturing and Controls at Scout Bio. Jaysson then co-founded Forge Biologics in September 2018 and has been serving as the company's Chief Operating Officer since.
