Kirstie Walker

Kirstie Walker is a seasoned finance professional with a diverse background in financial management and leadership. Currently serving as Finance Manager at Forge Care since October 2023, Kirstie also holds the role of Founder & CEO at The Young Minds Academy and works as an Inner Leadership Coach & NLP Practitioner at Inner Leader Academy, both since 2021. Previous experience includes key positions such as AP Head of Operations and Team Leader at Flourish at The Farm, and MAT Secondary Finance Manager at Stowe Valley Multi Academy Trust. Kirstie has also worked as Finance & Business Support Manager at Bilton School and Management Accountant at RDI (Resource Development International).
