Aappo Pulkkinen

Aappo Pulkkinen is currently the Data and Analytics Team Lead at Forge Digital. Prior to this role, Aappo held positions such as Lead Data Scientist at Rovio Entertainment Corporation, Lead Data Science Consultant at Thoughtworks and Fourkind, and Senior/Lead Software Developer at NAPA. Aappo's expertise lies in software development for ship design, stability analyses, and statutory regulations. With a Doctor of Science degree in Mathematics from Aalto University School of Science, Aappo has a strong background in research and lecturing, focusing on nonlinear reaction diffusion equations. Prior to earning their doctorate, Aappo worked as a teaching assistant and summer trainee at Helsinki University of Technology.
