Brendan Pinder

Brendan Pinder is an experienced legal and corporate professional with a diverse background in law, business affairs, and organizational leadership. Currently serving as Chief of Staff in the Office of the CEO at Forge since September 2019, Brendan also co-chairs the ESG Committee. Prior roles at Forge include Manager of Legal Operations and Senior Associate in Legal & Business Affairs. Brendan's experience includes significant tenure at Cooley LLP, where responsibilities as a Paralegal involved working closely with clients and attorneys in venture capital. Brendan has held leadership positions in various organizations, including Chapter President of the Log Cabin Republicans of Alameda-Berkeley and Editor-in-Chief of The California Patriot Magazine. Brendan holds a B.A., cum laude, in Classics and Political Theory from the University of California, Berkeley, and was a Phi Beta Kappa member.
