Victoria L. Hughes

Victoria L. Hughes is an accomplished Chief People Officer with extensive experience in developing and implementing comprehensive People and Workplace strategies across various organizations. Currently serving at Forge since October 2022, Victoria leads all People and Workplace functions, establishing foundational systems post-IPO. Prior to Forge, Victoria held the Chief People Officer position at Earnest LLC from June 2020 to October 2022, where a People and Workplace Strategy was developed and scaled. Victoria's expertise also includes a role at AnitaB.org, where a people strategy was launched within 30 days, and previous positions at Sonder Inc., Delta Dental of California, and Kaiser Permanente. Victoria holds a Master of Arts in Human Resources and Organizational Development and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, both from the University of San Francisco.
