Robert Baker

Director, STARBASE Arkansas at Forge Institute

Robert Baker has extensive work experience in various roles. Robert is currently serving as the Director of STARBASE Arkansas and as a Project Manager at the Forge Institute since June 2022. Prior to this, they completed a Fellowship at the same institute from January 2022 to June 2022.

Before joining the Forge Institute, Robert worked in the United States Air Force. Robert held the position of Command Manager Traffic Management from September 2020 to January 2022. In this role, they were responsible for managing traffic operations. Prior to that, they served as the Section Chief for Cargo Movement from February 2019 to September 2020, overseeing warehouse operations and developing training plans. Robert also worked as the Section Chief for Personal Property & Passenger Travel from September 2018 to February 2019, where they managed customer service operations and authored training and development plans.
