Scott Anderson has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Scott began their career as an Avionics Specialist in the United States Air Force in 1996. After serving in the military, they joined the Arkansas Air National Guard in 2003, where they held various roles, including Intelligence Officer, Operations Director, and Commander of the 223rd Cyberspace Operations Squadron. During their tenure, they successfully stood up the organization, managed multi-million-dollar projects, and achieved mission success through strategic partnerships. In 2019, they co-owned Big Catch Sporting Goods, an outdoor and sporting goods company. Currently, Scott is serving as the Executive Director of the American Cyber Alliance at Forge Institute, where they oversee the development and execution of innovation, training, and cyber operations programs, as well as partnership development and stakeholder engagement.

Scott Anderson earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in CAD/CADD Drafting and/or Design Technology/Technician from ITT Technical Institute-Portland in 1996. Scott then went on to obtain a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Industrial Technology from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale from 2000 to 2002. Later, in 2002 to 2003, Scott pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Operations Management from the University of Arkansas.
