Jim Benham

Jim Benham is a seasoned compliance professional with extensive experience in the financial services sector. Currently serving as the Director of Compliance at Forge Trust since November 2022, Jim previously held compliance roles at Anchorage from January 2019 to November 2022 and acted as a Trust Company Examiner for the State of South Dakota's Division of Banking between August 2012 and January 2019. Jim's earlier career includes positions as an Insurance Compliance Consultant at Risk & Regulatory Consulting, LLC from April 2007 to July 2012, and as a Regulatory Compliance Consultant at HuffThomas & Co. from January 2000 to March 2007. Jim holds a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from the University of South Dakota, earned between 1986 and 1990.
