Timo Kuschma

Timo Kuschma is a Co-Founder at Forgent, focusing on domain-specific AI agents for public sector contracts since 2025. Prior experience includes serving as Head of Operations at Humanloop, which was acquired by Anthropic, and as an Advisor at Stability AI, where Timo provided strategic guidance on product and go-to-market initiatives. Timo held the role of Director, Head of Engineering EMEA at Tecton, contributing to the development of an AI data platform, and was a Principal at QuantumBlack, leading product development for a major biopharma client. Previous engagements also include serving as an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company, directing digital and data transformation initiatives in biopharma, and as a Research Fellow at Stanford University, where Timo worked on CRISPR genetic engineering. Timo holds an M.D. from Heidelberg University and Karolinska Institutet, and a brief educational tenure at The London School of Economics and Political Science.
