Jimmy Park

Jimmy Park is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in finance and governance. Currently serving as a Board Observer at Rafay and ReversingLabs since 2024, and as a Senior Associate at Forgepoint Capital since 2023, Jimmy also brings prior experience from Charlesbank Capital Partners as an Associate from 2019 to 2022. Earlier roles include an Analyst position at Bank of America Merrill Lynch from 2017 to 2019 and military service as a Sergeant in the Intelligence Command of the Republic of Korea Army from 2012 to 2014. Jimmy Park holds an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management and completed The Huntsman Program in International Studies and Business at the University of Pennsylvania.
