Myrna Soto

Myrna Soto is the Founder and CEO of Apogee Executive Advisors LLC, a boutique advisory and consulting firm specializing in corporate governance, technology risk management, cybersecurity, mergers and acquisitions, corporate development, public and private board service, and capital investments since May 2021. Additionally, Soto serves on multiple boards, including TriNet, Popular Bank, Spirit Airlines, and Consumers Energy. A Senior Advisor at TPG Capital and TPG Growth, Soto is also a board member for Vectra AI and Delinea. With extensive experience in advisory roles, Soto was a board member for Headspace Health following its merger with Ginger. Soto holds an MBA and a Master of Science from Nova Southeastern University, a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Florida International University, and a Master Certification in Project Management from The George Washington University School of Business.
