Xavier Carnoy

Xavier Carnoy currently serves as the Group Chief Financial Officer at Forgital Group since July 2025, and as a Finance Advisor for OceansLab since February 2021, focusing on promoting high-performance clean innovations through ocean races. Prior to these roles, Xavier was the Group CFO at Sonaca from June 2021 to July 2025, and held various senior positions at Imerys between January 2007 and June 2021, including VP & GM for Carbonates Asia Pacific, and CFO for multiple business groups. Xavier started a career in finance at KPMG Belgium as a Senior Auditor and has held finance-related roles at UCB Pharma, UCB Malaysia, and UCB China. Xavier obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration from Université catholique de Louvain and participated in an International Program at the Stockholm School of Economics.
