Carmelo Chiavetta

Carmelo Chiavetta is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the hospitality industry and education. Currently serving as a Docente formatore at FORIT since March 2023, Carmelo previously held various managerial roles at Burger & Lobster Restaurant Group Limited from January 2013 to February 2023, including General Manager, Opening Team Training Manager, and Events Manager, overseeing numerous restaurant openings and managing high-profile events across the UK. Carmelo's career began with roles as a Waiter and Staff Trainer at Goodman Restaurant Group Ltd and as a Solar Energy Consultant at Energica S.r.l. Academically, Carmelo holds a Master of Engineering in Energy, Environment, and Natural Resources Law and a Bachelor of Engineering from Università degli Studi di Palermo, as well as a High School Diploma in Math and Science from Liceo Scientifico Galileo Galilei.
