Kaylee Minkoff

Kaylee Minkoff has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Kaylee began their career as a Soccer Camp Coach at Michigan State University from July 2010 to July 2011. Kaylee then worked as a Server/Cake Maker at Noble Stores Dairy Queen, LLC and also Milio's Sandwiches from June 2006 to July 2012. In 2013, they interned as a Career Athletes Intern from February to May at Career Athletes and as an IT Business Services Intern from May to August at HAVI Global Solutions. In 2014, they worked as a Quality Assurance Intern at Blue Earth Interactive from January to May. Kaylee then joined Web Courseworks as a Senior Quality Assurance Customer Support Specialist from August 2014 onwards. In November 2019, they transitioned into the role of Director of Client Services at Web Courseworks, a position they held until January 2023. Their most recent experience is as the Director of Client Services at Forj, a role they assumed in January 2023.

Kaylee Minkoff completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Operations and Information Management from Northern Illinois University. Kaylee obtained this degree between 2009 and 2013. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications. In January and March of 2016, they completed courses on budgeting and scheduling projects, managing project risks and changes, and the project management capstone. These courses were obtained through Coursera Course Certificates. Furthermore, in March 2019, they obtained the Freshdesk product expert certification from Freshworks.
