Maximiliano Ibañez has a diverse work experience that spans various industries and roles. Maximiliano began their career as an Associate Lawyer at Ortuzar, Aguila & Bulnes in 2005, and later joined Bulnes, Pellegrini & Urrutia as an Associate Lawyer until 2008. Maximiliano then transitioned to the corporate world, working as a Customer Consumer Manager at Tresmontes Lucchetti S.A. from 2010 to 2011. Maximiliano then moved on to Corpora S.A., where they served as Executive V.P. from 2011 to 2014. In 2015, they became the CEO of Corpora S.A., a role they held until at least 2020. Maximiliano also founded Fork Chile in 2017 and acted as CEO of explora from 2016 to 2017. Maximiliano is currently a Consejero at Centro de Estudios Públicos and a Member of the Virtuoso Sustainability Council.
Maximiliano Ibañez has a diverse educational background. In 1999-2003, they obtained a degree in Abogado from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. Maximiliano then pursued further studies and completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management from 2008 to 2010. In 2017-2018, they obtained a Master Certificate in Hospitality Management from Cornell Peter and Stephanie Nolan School of Hotel Administration. Finally, in 2018, they attended Harvard University for Executive Education in Sustainability Leadership.
