Greg Knight

Greg Knight is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various companies. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer and Board Member at Hardinge Inc. since August 2018, Knight also holds board positions at Ideal Power Inc. and Urbix, Inc., while providing strategic advisory services to several organizations including Brillouin Energy and Tender Food. Previously, Knight was President and CEO of GT Advanced Technologies, where significant value was generated post-bankruptcy through strategic repositioning and successful sales processes. Knight co-founded and led PV Tech Group and exawatt, focusing on strategic consulting in the photovoltaic and energy sectors. Knight holds a BA in Chemistry from Cornell University and a ME Equivalent from the Naval Nuclear Power Training Command.
