Andrei Podoprigora

Andrei Podoprigora is an angel investor at Codigy, where they support engineering leaders and their teams in building a fast delivery flow with high ownership and autonomy. They are the Co-Founder and CEO of Forklift Interactive and work as a Video Games Consultant at Podopriguez Consulting. From 2017 to 2022, they served as Executive Producer at tinyBuild GAMES, helping transform the company from a small-time indie publisher to a franchise-driven global operation and launching Pathologic, Hellpoint, Totally Reliable Delivery Service, Potion Craft, Not for Broadcast, Cartel Tycoon, and others. They joined tinyBuild as the first hired producer to handle several titles in a production crisis and worked directly with Alex Nichiporchik as they helped shape and run a production team spanning production, marketing, media production, console porting, release management, and localization. Earlier in their career, they led AirThemes as CEO and CTO in 2016, founded and led A-Steroids Studios Ltd from 2008 to 2017, and were a Venture Partner at The Games Fund from 2022 to 2024, with additional engineering roles at Ivolgamus (2004–2005) and SmartPhone Labs (SPL) (2005–2007).
