Heidi Anderson, MBA BSN RN has a diverse and extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Heidi began their career at Forks Community Hospital in 1991, starting as a CNA/LPN/RN and later taking on roles as Assistant of Patient Care Services, Interim CNO, and CNO. Heidi then joined Morton General Hospital in 2015 as CNO, before returning to Forks Community Hospital in 2017 as CNO. In 2020, they were promoted to Chief Executive Officer at Forks Community Hospital. Heidi's experience showcases their leadership skills and their ability to successfully navigate various healthcare roles.

Heidi Anderson obtained their Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Washington State University. Following this, they attended Peninsula College to earn their Registered Nurse (RN) certification. In 2019, Heidi enrolled in The College of St. Scholastica, where they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA), specializing in Rural Healthcare.
