Jeison Arenhart de Bastiani

Jeison Arenhart De Bastiani has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Jeison began their career at UTFPR as a Technical Support specialist in 2003. Jeison then moved on to become a Professor of the Technical Course in Informatics at Senai PR in 2008. In 2004, Jeison joined ForLogic Software as CEO and also worked as a Mentor in the area of People and Culture. During their time at ForLogic, they also served as the Quality and Excellence Manager from 2009 to 2013, implementing the MEG and achieving first place in the Paraná MPE Award while investing in ISO9001. In 2012, Jeison created and produced unique content about Quality, Excellence, and Management as the Creator and Content Producer for the Blog da Qualidade da Comunidade Viver Excelência, reaching over 300,000 readers per month.

Jeison Arenhart De Bastiani studied Tecnologia em Tecnologia Análise de Sistemas at Federal University of Technology - Parana from 2000 to 2004. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Engenharia da Produção at the same university.
