Alex Santilena

Alex Santilena is an experienced engineering technician currently working at Form Energy since February 2022, specializing in mechanical and electrical engineering systems and building Iron-Air batteries. Previously, Alex worked at Nokia as a manufacturing technician focusing on internet optical networks R&D and held various positions at Mountain Hardwear, including visual merchandising manager and floor supervisor. Additional experience includes managing a ski repair and rental shop at Vail Resorts, serving as an Oahu tour guide at Polynesian Adventure Tours, LLC, and working as a personal banker at Wells Fargo. Alex began the professional journey as a port technician at the National Response Centre. Educational qualifications include an Associate of Arts in Fire Science from Chabot College and a high school diploma from Alameda High School.
