Michele Guide

Michele Guide is a highly experienced professional with a diverse background in materials engineering and product development, currently serving as Staff Integration Program Manager at Form Energy since November 2020. Previously, Michele held the position of Director of Product Development at polySpectra, where leadership in 3D printed polymer product development resulted in significant advancements for various applications. Prior roles include Staff Materials Engineer at SunPower Corporation, where expertise was applied in developing manufacturing processes for solar modules and new materials for encapsulation. Michele's academic foundation includes a PhD in Materials Chemistry from UC Santa Barbara, complemented by a BA in Chemistry from Barnard College. Additional experience includes research at UC Santa Barbara and an internship with the U.S. Department of Energy's SunShot Initiative.
