Seth Feder

Seth Feder is a Senior Battery Engineer at Form Energy since October 2021, focusing on the Performance and Durability Sub-Group within the Anode Development Team, where responsibilities include assessing the capability of iron electrodes for long-term battery performance. Prior to this role, Seth served as Battery Engineer II and Battery Scientist at Ionic Materials, Inc. from July 2018 to October 2021, performing experimental designs and development for Li-Ion batteries and leading lab-scale projects. Seth's experience also includes an engineering summer internship at Ionic Materials in 2016, developing software for data analysis and project management. An academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Cornell University, where research involved the use of NHS-Activated Magnetic Beads for environmental sample analysis.
