Caitie Carlo

Caitie Carlo has extensive experience in IT support and occupational therapy, currently serving as the IT Help Desk Team Lead at FORM since October 2021, following a role as IT Help Desk Administrator at the same company. Prior experience includes working as an IT Support Specialist for Northborough & Southborough Public Schools during the COVID-19 pandemic, and providing occupational therapy services as a COTA/L at both Northboro Southboro Public Schools and Greenlock Therapeutic Riding Center. Caitie also has a background in office management, having held positions at 1776 Gunsmithing, LLC and CSI Specialty Group. Educational qualifications include multiple Associate degrees from Bristol Community College and Quinsigamond Community College, as well as proficiency certificates in Electronics and Digital Media from Assabet Valley Regional Vocational School District and a Technical Support Fundamentals certificate from Coursera.
