Jeff Wong has extensive experience in customer operations, professional services, and support. At FORM, Jeff serves as the Chief Customer Officer, overseeing all aspects of customer engagement. Jeff previously worked at Intralinks, where Jeff held various roles such as Senior Director of Professional Services and Director of Professional Services Technical Delivery. Jeff has a strong background in managing teams, implementing new initiatives, and driving customer satisfaction. Jeff holds an MBA from Questrom School of Business, Boston University and a BA in Psychology from Colby College.
