Adrian Holt Mba

Adrian Holt MBA, CEng is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business development and innovation within the defence and technology sectors. Currently serving as Venture Director at Form1 Partners since February 2024, Adrian is focused on fostering growth in B2B and B2G scale-ups and enhancing corporate competitive advantages through technology. Concurrently, as Honorary Senior Research Fellow at Imperial College London's Institute for Security Science and Technology, Adrian contributes to advancing knowledge in defence and security for national resilience. Previous roles include Director of Business Development at Scaling Partner, where Adrian supported UK tech startups, and various leadership positions at Capita and the UK Ministry of Defence. Adrian holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering and an MBA from Cranfield University, complemented by specialized training in military aircraft airworthiness.
